Profile:
Poddy is a player in his first season with the club. He is an excellent utility player, his work ethic and versitility have seen him play right across the midfield as well as up front. As well as this reliability, he has the knack of changing games coming off the bench, as evidenced by his goal against St. Theresa's and assist against Greencastle. On top of all this Poddy is one of several newcomers helping continue New Santos' tradition of having a strong Derry contingent within the squad.
A veteran of life on the streets, Poddy spends his time away from football serving people with lyrical attacks in the Botanic Inn toilets, and breakdancing.
